Without surface coating and treated with professional crazy horse oil techniques, the leather naturally bears random scratches, which are inherent characteristics of the material — the bags are neither second-hand nor defective products.

With daily friction from carrying, the leather surface will grow softer and shinier over time, bringing out richer retro texture. This scratch feature does not apply to oil-wax leather styles.
